What areas do you serve?

I’m based in Redvers, Saskatchewan, and proudly serve surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether your location is covered, just reach out — I’m happy to check.

What kind of transportation do you offer?

I provide safe, one-on-one transportation for medical appointments, errands, outings, and more. This includes door-to-door assistance, support with mobility (walkers, steps, etc.), and waiting if needed during appointments.

Can you go into appointments with the client?

Yes, with permission. I can sit in during appointments, help with check-in, take notes, ask clarifying questions, and even call or video chat with family (if consent is given).

Can you issue receipts for medical travel expenses?

Yes, we can issue receipts for eligible medical travel expenses. Just let us know what details you need included, and we’ll make sure the receipt meets the necessary requirements for tax or insurance purposes.

Do you only work with seniors?

Not at all! I support seniors, adults with health or mobility challenges, and busy families who need help getting children or loved ones to appointments or activities.

Do you provide services for children?

Yes — I can accompany children to dentist or doctor appointments when a parent or guardian can’t be there. A signed consent form is required, and I’ll always keep you informed before, during, and after the visit.

Can I request help with things that aren't listed on your site?

Absolutely! I often help with small tasks like organizing paperwork, setting up a phone call with family, or staying while a repair person is at the house. If it’s local, safe, and supports well-being, I’ll do my best to help.

How much do your services cost?

Standard Rate: $25/hour

Emergency/Same-Day Rate: $50/hour
Additional costs like mileage (out-of-town), parking, or meals may be added when applicable. You can view full pricing [here].

How do I book a service?

You can fill out the "Request A Service" form online or email me directly at callmelissa306@gmail.com. I’ll follow up within 24 hours to confirm availability and next steps.

Do I need to fill out any forms?

Yes — a signed Service Agreement is required before services can begin. You can download it directly from the "Request a Service" form or request a copy by email or text.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours in advance: Full refund

Cancel under 24 hours: 50% of the service fee will be charged

Is there an extra fee for out-of-town trips?

Yes — In addition to my hourly rate I will charge the current government mileage rate and any directly associated expenses. For example, if a client needs to go to the General Hospital, parking fees will be added to the invoice.

Is my personal information kept private?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a top priority. Any information shared with me — about health, family, finances, or daily life — is kept strictly private and will never be shared without your permission.
